Logo history[]
1977 - Early 1982[]
Fake Arts was founded in 1977 as Fake Arts Corporation. They started making games in 1980, beginning with Fake Games Test.
Early 1982 - August 1997[]
In early 1982, "F" and "A" was added to the logo but the wordmark remained the same.
August 1997 - 1999[]
In August 1997, the "F" and "A" became darker but the wordmark remained the same.
1999 - September 11, 2006[]
In 1999, the old wordmark was dropped from the logo after 22 years. This time a new wordmark was added and "F" and "A" became red with no colour inside
September 11, 2006 - 2008[]
On September 11, 2006 a new logo was used. The new logo had a black circle with "F" and "A" red with black inside. Also a dash below the "F" and "A" was added as yellow. And also, the "Fake Arts" was given yellow
2008 - Early 2011[]
In 2008, the logo remained mostly unchanged, excluding that the colour was changed
Early 2011 - March 31, 2011[]
In 2011, "Fake Arts" was sold to Unga Wii and most notably, the circle became red & green, the dash became original yellow again and the wordmark + "F" & "A" was changed to orange
March 31, 2011 - November 11, 2011[]
On March 31, 2011 they reverted to the 2006. Also, Unga Wii was phased out and however, the wordmark was kept
November 11, 2011 - September 29, 2019[]
On November 11, 2011 Fake Arts was rebranded as Lucky Shell Arts, alongside announcing that they would be making a new Mario Kart game for the Unga Wii.
