356 ~~ was established on November 12, 2011. Their purpose was to be the North American equivalent of ATIV+ Games to prevent them from publishing Mario City 7 (which became Night Club Uii).
On December 10, 2011 ATIV+ Games went bankrupt, and 356 ~~ thus became an independent company. On June 13, 2012 356 ~~ was "acquired" by Thevmedia for the purpose of monitoring their economy (to make sure they would work better). 356 ~~ was involved in the development of Night Club Uii II. They ceased operations on December 4, 2012.
