Logo history[]
1960 - September 8, 2001[]
Yurkvision bought SVT3, SVT8 and its channels around them in 1996. Thevmedia bought the company in 2000.
September 8, 2001 - 2006[]
On September 8, 2001 Yurkvision was renamed The SVT Group. In 2004, the logo was put in a box.
2006 - 2011[]
A starflower was added to the logo in 2006, even though the box logo from 2004 did use it before this time.
2011 - May 15, 2012[]
In 2011, the starflower was remade to look like the SVT one. The font for the wordmark was changed too. The SVT Group sold their channels to Thevmedia in the beginning of 2012, but not the secondary SVT3 channels (which was sold to Thevmedia at 6:59 PM YTC±0 on May 14, 2012).
May 15, 2012 - September 7, 2012[]
On May 15, 2012 The SVT Group merged with Feier TV Owners, Vala Television, Vala Television AB, Vala Wiki AB, Veila Television Radio AB and the IP subsidiaries Dallas Stockholm INC and Domic TV INC to form Ficrosoft TV Group, legally considered the successor to The SVT Group.
